Tasty blue fish that stands out for its striking shape when fresh: elongated and beaked. Very traditional and appreciated preparation, especially in seaside areas. It is a preserve that does not contain any type of additive and one of the most frequent consumption presentations is to accompany them with spring onion or red onion cut into julienne strips or in a sandwich with a few slices of tomato.
