This delicate salt is hand harvested daily following traditional methods in the Ebro Delta Natural Park (Biosphere Reserve). Ideal for seasoning all kinds of food.
This salt is hand harvested by skimming the very surface of the salt ponds, obtaining only the salt crystals formed on the top layer.
Sea salt with a delicate flavor,a light and moist texture, and with a high mineral content, is used by chefs and gastronomy experts at the final preparation of food (salads, grilled meats, foie gras, chocolates, sweets, fish and vegetables) and also in the table.
This salt contains significant amounts of calcium and magnesium salts, considered beneficial to health. In the process of collecting and packaging, no anti-humectants, caking agents, aditives are used, nor it is added iodine or fluorine
