Red mullet fillets -Mullus surmuletus- in olive oil, made with raw material from the Cantabrian Sea, fish and handcrafted.
Filleting, cleaning and subsequent preparation are carried out delicately to maintain the original flavor and intensity of each fish. For eating, it is recommended to serve the fillets and cover them with the emulsion of the olive oil itself that covers this unique and special preserve.
The tin/can type chosen for the production of this new preserve is known as 'Hansa', with a net weight of 170 grams and a drained weight of 125 grams. With those dimensions and weights, each can contains an average of four fillets.
